Si Rose - Christian Binner

If there is a classic Binner wine, this is it. Aromatic with lots of fruit and floral notes and a good acidity to balance them out. Floral and intense on the nose and then tending towards fruit in the taste, from rhubarb to peach to honeydew melon. A taste explosion and great for drinking orange wine lovers, and for everyone else a wonderful accompaniment to umami-intensive and spicy food.
