This Pet Nat has it all. 100% late-harvested Riesling grapes with noble rot give this Pet Nat a little bit of residual sugar, which is well integrated into the acidity of the Riesling and the intense fruit aromas. The first sip is reminiscent of apple cider and then releases its range of different fruit aromas. Whether alone or with lighter food: an absolute pleasure.
