Symbiosis is one of those wines where the bottle is empty a little too soon. An absolute pleasure with fruit notes of dark berries, but also exotic fruit. This wine comes from different grapes grown in the same plot surrounded by trees, bushes and other wild growth. If there is a "Wildwein", this is it.
